Short Communications

Students interested in presenting their research only as a Short Communication may choose to do so in the abstract registration form.

The abstracts will be analyzed and selected for Short Communication Sessions by a scientific commission nominated by the SBBq Board.

The final selection of students will be made by the Coordinator of the Session.

Oral presentations will be 20 minutes long, with 5 minutes for discussions.

Students who present Short Communications should also person present posters.

Short Communication Speakers are not considered guests for organizational matters.

Short Communication Speakers will be notified by e-mail. Information will also be published on our webpage.

The Second Newsletter will include a schedule for each Short Communication.

The abstract and slides must be prepared in English. The oral presentation may be in Portuguese.

The equipment available for presentations will be: A data show projector and a computer with USB connections, Windows and Microsoft Office 2000 software. The guest may use his/her own computer if he/she has an appropriate adapter for data-show. Macintosh computers are not available.
